The Black Sea’s most significant real estate milestone just became official. 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓, Georgia’s pioneer in international development, and 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢, the country’s largest development company, have officially announced a new joint project on the Black Sea coast - 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀ô𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, a residential and investment complex of unprecedented scale. The project launch brought together project partners, business leaders, government officials, and international guests, marking a significant moment for the country’s real estate and investment landscape and setting the stage for a new chapter of large-scale development on the Black Sea coast.
