The Black Sea’s most significant real estate milestone just became official. 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓, Georgia’s pioneer in international development, and 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢, the country’s largest development company, have officially announced a new joint project on the Black Sea coast - 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀ô𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, a residential and investment complex of unprecedented scale. The project launch brought together project partners, business leaders, and international guests, marking a significant moment for the country’s real estate and investment landscape and setting the stage for a new chapter of large-scale development on the Black Sea coast.

𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀ô𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, developed by 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 and 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢 and designed by Chapman Taylor Madrid Studio, has been officially unveiled as a new hospitality and residential destination on Georgia's Black Sea coast. Featuring three sail-inspired towers and a world-class resort concept, the project represents a new chapter in the development of Georgia's tourism and hospitality industry. NEXT, Georgia’s pioneer in international development, and ARCHI, the country’s largest development company, have officially announced a new joint project on the Black Sea coast - Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort, a residential and investment complex of unprecedented scale. The launch event brought together project partners, business leaders, government officials, and international guests. The audience was addressed by the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze; the Founder of NEXT, Kakha Devadze; the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili; the Chairman of the Government of Adjara, Zurab Pataradze, the Founder of ARCHI, Ilia Tsulaia; George Tkhelidze, General Director, TBC; Accor's Vice President of Operations for Georgia/the CIS region, Aron Libinson; and the Director of Chapman Taylor's Madrid studio, Jan Dijkema. Designed by Chapman Taylor, one of the world's leading architectural practices and managed by the world-renowned hospitality brand Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort will combine a five-star hotel, high-end residential and investment apartments, business and relaxation areas, a casino, and many other world-class amenities under one roof.
